Fundamentals of Starting a Business:
The following seminars are free, and run 9 am – Noon.
This seminar focuses on individuals who are considering self-employment, or are at the beginning stages of starting their own small business. Delivered in a workshop format, this introductory session helps aspiring entrepreneurs assess their ability to lead and manage a company, as well as evaluate market and sales potential for their products services. Start-up costs, financing options and business

Fundamentals of Business Legal Issues:

Introduction to the different types of legal entities that are appropriate for structuring and starting a new business. Tax and liability issues are covered, along with basic elements of a contract, collections, licenses, registrations, employment and property issues, leasing and insurance. Team SBA Financing Roundtable
The following seminars are free, and run 9 am – Noon.
Learn how lenders analyze your loan request, and what they look for in a credit application. Meet with bankers, SBA loan officers and small business consultants to discuss your financing needs.
