Instructions for Online Juror Questionnaire
Macomb County Clerk/Register of Deeds Carmella Sabaugh
has implemented a new computer system for jury service.
If you received one of our new Juror Questionnaires
(pictured at right), click on one of the options below:
The County Clerk oversees the operation of the Jury Room for the Macomb County Circuit and Probate Courts. A person is randomly selected according to the process set forth in state law to serve as a juror because they are a Macomb County resident with a driver's license or an identification card issued by the State of Michigan. Jury duty has nothing to do with voter registration and registering to vote absolutely does not increase your chances of being picked for jury duty.
