You may also find prior documents and images back to July 6, 1971. Searches performed by the Register of Deeds staff will cost a minimum of $5.00 per search. Copies are $1.00 per page. Recording Counter Hours
The Macomb County Register of Deeds RECORDING COUNTER
will officially be closed at 4:30 p.m. each day. Any document received after 4:30 p.m. will be dated and time stamped for 8:30 a.m. the next business day, at which time, they will be processed into the Entry Book, reviewed and accepted or rejected for recording. The documents will be mailed back to the "return to" on the document or picked up by authorized title company representatives.
