The City of Eastpointe is located in southern Macomb County. Eastpointe can be described as a mature suburbanized community characterized by neighborhoods of single-family homes. Over the past decade the population of Eastpointe has remained relatively stable as has the number of homes in the community.

Eastpointe offers modern shopping facilities and a vast array of services to area residents. The community has also been proactive in upgrading the small number of deteriorated housing units within its stable, middle class neighborhoods.
