Corporation Counsel serves as legal counsel to the Board of Commissioners, including all their boards and commissions, and acts as parliamentarian for all board meetings. They provide legal advice to all county officials, departments, agencies, and prepare and/or review and approve all county contracts and resolutions. They represent the county, its officials and agencies in all civil proceedings.
