Review of Community Master Plans and Recreation Plans

The Planning and Mapping Services conduct Master Plan reviews for communities in and adjoining Macomb County, in accordance with all requirements set forth in the State of Michigan planning statutes:

• Public Act 285 of 1931, amended as Public Act 265 of 2001,
  The City, Village and Municipal Planning Act
• Public Act 282 of 1945, amended as Public Act 264 of 2001,
  The County Planning Act
• Public Act 168 of 1959, amended as Public Act 263 of 2001,
  The Township Coordinated Planning Act
