Commissioner Kathy Tocco represents the residents of Fraser and Roseville in District 11. She was first elected to the Board of Commissioners in November 2006, and is now serving her third term.
Tocco is an attorney and partner in the general practice law firm Falk & Tocco, PC in Fraser. She has represented a wide variety of individuals, companies and organizations, including the UAW Legal Services Plan and indigent clients charged with misdemeanors.
She was employed by the Social Security Administration before graduating from law school.
The Fraser Democrat is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Macomb County Bar Association and the Macomb County Probate Bar Association.
Tocco, 44, is a graduate of Warren Cousino High School. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit and a law degree from Detroit College of Law.
Born in Detroit, Tocco has been a Fraser resident since the late 1980s. She and her husband Vincent have one son.
