Establishes the salaries and fringe benefits for Macomb County Commissioners for the year 2012 pursuant to Section 10.11.1 of the Home Rule Charter of Macomb County.

Sets forth standards of conduct for elected officials, employees, and appointees of Macomb County pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Home Rule Charter of Macomb County.

Please note:  The Home Rule Charter of Macomb County, Michigan, Section 4.7: 

"The Commission shall, within 180 days after the effective date of this Charter, adopt an ordinance providing for codification of ordinances and the preservation and indexing of resolutions."
