Flu Vaccine Information
The Macomb County Health
Department is now out of seasonal commercial flu vaccine for adults. We
continue to receive State seasonal flu vaccine for eligible children 6 months
of age thru 18 years. Flu shots are available on a walk-in basis at each of the
Health Department's three main clinic locations.
Locations and hours are as follows.

A $15.00 charge for
each vaccination is payable with cash, check, or may be billed to Medicare Part
B (or a Medicare alternate health plan) or Medicaid program (if eligible).
Medicare or Medicaid billing requires recipients to show their program ID card and
a valid driver's license or other form of photo identification. Persons with
HAP Medicare will need to pay the $15.00 fee or go to their medical provider. NO
DEBIT or CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
