Circuit Court

The Macomb County Circuit Court encourages students to visit the Court and observe our judicial system in person.   

Various matters are held on different days depending on the schedule of each judge.  All judges hear motions on Monday morning, unless the Court is closed for a legal holiday, which moves the motion call to Tuesday morning.  Please click on the Information button to your left for a list of legal holidays when the Court is closed.
