Ordering Circuit Court Transcripts

This form is designed for you to order a written transcript of courtroom proceedings in the Macomb County Circuit Court which have not already been transcribed.  If they have already been transcribed, you can obtain a photocopy of the transcript through the Clerk's Office or order a copy from the court reporter who originally transcribed it.

To determine whether it has already been transcribed, follow the Case Look-Up link on the Home page, look-up the case and search the docket entries for an entry stating a transcript is on file for the particular date(s) you are seeking.
