These are the standard orders customarily entered in appropriate civil cases by the judges of the Civil/Criminal Division.  They are issued at the time the first event is scheduled after the MCR 2.403 case evaluation process is completed.  The orders govern the preparation of cases for trial and impose a number of duties on the attorneys and parties.  These are being provided for the reference of attorneys and litigants.  Adobe Reader is required to view the documents.
