Welcome to Human Resources and Labor Relations



The Human Resources and Labor Relations Department is responsible for administering all personnel activities, including the recruitment and selection of qualified applicants for vacant positions; administering and maintaining fringe benefit programs; employment records; reviewing and analyzing classification and compensation information; coordinating staff training activities and monitoring the budgetary position count. The department negotiates and administers labor agreements with various bargaining units, implements and administers policies relating to wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
