MCCSA

Meals on Wheels is designed for senior citizens unable to prepare meals for themselves. A volunteer delivers a meal directly to the homebound senior citizen's door. The meals help ensure that seniors receive a nutritious hot meal and are able to stay in their own homes, preventing or delaying nursing home placement.

Donate to Meals on Wheels

MCCSA's Meals on Wheels program accepts donations from individuals, organizations and businesses. Donations help MCCSA's Meals on Wheels program continue to provide meals. Donations can be mailed to:

Additional Opportunity
To help offset the costs of providing meals to senior citizens in Macomb County, MCCSA's Senior Citizen Nutrition Program collects VG's Grocery Store cash register receipts. Through VG's Community Sharing Fund, MCCSA's Senior Citizen Nutrition Program can earn a cash rebate based on the total amount of purchases on collected receipts (excluding sales tax, tobacco and alcohol). To participate, all you need to do is save your receipts any time you visit a VG's Grocery Store. For more information on VG's or to find the location nearest you, visit their web site at www.vgsfood.com .

Receipts can be mailed to:
