Following a 10 year collaborative effort to land Brownfields 2008, the largest Real Estate Conference in the nation will convene at Cobo Center in Downtown Detroit May 5-7, 2008.
Brownfields 2008 is the largest, most comprehensive conference focused on cleaning up, and redeveloping abandoned, underutilized, and potentially contaminated properties in the nation. Over 6,000 people are expected to attend, including over 1,000 developers with $50 Billion in net worth. The conference will include over 350 exhibitors, 150 educational opportunities, 25 receptions, and 9 walking and bus tours.
