"R.E.L.A.X. - Alternatives to Anger" is an anger management curriculum developed by the Michigan State University Extension Family and Consumer Sciences Program. The curriculum includes four lessons covering the following: What anger is and what triggers it; Problem solving and stress management skills; Developing communication and problem solving skills; Forgiving and letting go of the past.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Call (586) 469-7614 to register. It is mandatory you attend ALL FOUR classes. The classes are being held Tuesdays, November 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th), at the Macomb MSU Extension, located in the VerKuilen Building, 21885 Dunham Road (Entrance E - Assembly Room "B"), Clinton Township, MI 48036. Certificates of Completion will be given to attendees of all classes.
