Flu Vaccine Information
For the week of November 16, 2009
The Macomb County Health Department is now out of seasonal commercial flu vaccine for adults and older children. Currently have limited quantities for infant and children 6 months of age through three years old at all three health centers. Flu shots are available on a walk-in basis at each of the Health Department's three main clinic locations.

A $15.00 charge for each vaccination is payable with cash, check, or may be billed to Medicare Part B (or a Medicare alternate health plan) or Medicaid program (if eligible). Medicare or Medicaid billing requires recipients to show their program ID card and a valid driver's license or other form of photo identification. Persons with HAP Medicare will need to pay the $15.00 fee or go to their medical provider. NO DEBIT or CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
