| Beginning January 11, 2010 the H1N1 vaccine will be available in-house, at each of the three Health Department centers, weekdays from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Each center has one weekday with extended hours. | ||||||
Locations and Extended Clinic Days: Central Health Service Center - located at 43525 Elizabeth Road, Mt. Clemens 48043 (Extended hours: Wednesday 9:00am - 6:00pm) Southeast Health Service Center - located at 25401 Harper, St. Clair Shores 48081 (Extended hours: Monday 9:00am - 6:00pm) Southwest Health Service Center - located at 27690 Van Dyke, Warren 48093 (Extended hours: Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm) |
