Macomb County Immunization Clinics

 

The Macomb County Health Department's Immunization Clinic provides vaccines -- on a walk-in basis or appointment -- to protect children and adults from vaccine preventable diseases.

 

 

New Communicable Disease Rules for 2010-2011 School Reporting Year

Beginning January 1, 2010, (Effective for November 2010 report period)

the following requirements will be in effect:

 

The following vaccines will be required for all children 11 - 18 years of age who are changing school districts or

who are enrolled in the 6th grade, beginning January 1, 2010

A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST be available to sign clinic health forms for each child. If unable to speak

or read English, please bring adult translator.

Please bring with you to the health center: Immunization record(s) & Insurance card(s)

There are charges for administration of vaccines - cash or check only.

Medicaid/Medicare will be billed for approved vaccines.
