Seasonal Influenza Vaccine 2012-2013

Beginning Monday September 10, 2012 Seasonal Flu vaccine will be available to anyone 6 months of age and older at our St. Clair Shores, Mount Clemens and Warren Health Centers.    Please call our Flu Vaccine Hotline: 586-466-7923 for more information .  Flu shots will be given from 8:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m.  Each clinic has one late evening per week.  Please visit the Flu Clinic Schedule web page for more information.  Visit this page often- it will be updated regularly with new information.

Children under the age of 19 years who do not have insurance coverage or whose insurance does not cover the cost of flu vaccine can enroll in our Vaccines for Children program and obtain a flu shot for the administration cost of $8.00. 

If your child has MICHILD coverage, please contact the phone number on the back of your MICHILD Health Card to obtain the name of a physician in the area who will provide the flu vaccine to your child, at no cost to you.  We do not contract with MICHILD and your cost would be $15.00 at our clinics.

We do accept eligible Medicaid coverage for children and adults - we will bill Medicaid and there will be no out of pocket cost to you.
