Exposure to Agent Orange


Which covers those who served “In-Country” or in the Surrounding Waters. Those who have been diagnosed with any of the listed conditions may be entitled to disability compensation and health care benefits.

 

 

Conditions Associated with Ionizing Radiation Exposure

  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) - Lou Gehrig’s Disease
  • Acute and Subacute Transient Peripheral Neuropathy
  • AL Amyloidosis
  • Chloracne
  • Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)
  • Hodgkin’s Disease
  • Multiple Myeloma
  • Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
  • Porphyria Cutanea Tarda
  • Prostate Cancer
  • Respiratory Cancers
  • Soft Tissue Sarcoma (other than Osteosarcoma, Chondrosarcoma, Kaposi’s sarcoma, or Mesothelioma
  • Type II Diabetes Mellitus
  • Ischemic Heart Disease
  • Hairy Cell Leukemia
  • Parkinson's Disease
